Setup Guide
How to Use TiviMate
TiviMate is one of the most popular IPTV players for Android-based devices. This guide shows how to install it and connect it to your Strong 8K IPTV subscription using the Xtream details from your delivery email.
What you need
- An Android TV device, or a Fire TV Stick using sideloading
- TiviMate installed from the Play Store (free version works to start)
- Your Strong 8K IPTV credentials (server, username, password)
Step-by-step setup
Install TiviMate
Search for TiviMate in the Google Play Store on your Android TV device and install it. On Firestick, use the Downloader app to install it from the official source.
Add a playlist
Open TiviMate and choose Add playlist. Select the Xtream Codes login option.
Enter your credentials
Fill in the host (server address), username and password exactly as they appear in your delivery email, then give the playlist a name like 'Strong 8K'.
Finish setup
TiviMate loads your channels and the TV guide. Accept the recommended settings, and you are ready to watch.
Configuration tips
In TiviMate settings you can adjust the TV guide source, favourites, channel groups, and the player engine. Some advanced features require TiviMate Premium, which is handled inside the app and unrelated to your IPTV subscription.
Troubleshooting
Xtream login is rejected
Verify the host includes the correct port and protocol, and that there are no trailing spaces in the username or password.
Guide data missing
EPG availability depends on the playlist. You can add an EPG source URL in playlist settings if one is provided.
Streams freeze
Switch the player engine in settings and check your network speed.
