1. The service

8K Strong (“we”, “us”) sells subscriptions to the Strong 8K IPTV service for personal, non-commercial use. These terms govern every order placed through this website. By completing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and payment

  • Orders are placed through the online checkout. Payment is made in cryptocurrency via a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your wallet keys or any payment credentials.
  • Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. Please check the amount and network carefully before sending payment.
  • An order is only confirmed when the payment processor confirms your payment in full. Payment invoices expire after a set period; if an invoice expires you can restart payment from your order page.
  • Prices are shown in EUR. Where the processor converts EUR to a cryptocurrency amount, the conversion is performed by the processor at the rate shown at checkout.

3. Delivery

  • After payment is confirmed we prepare your account and deliver your access credentials to the email address you provided at checkout, within the delivery window stated on the order page.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct, working email address and for checking your spam folder.
  • Setup guides are provided on this website. Installing third-party player apps and configuring your device is your responsibility.

4. Connections and usage

  • Each subscription is valid for the plan length you purchased and allows the number of simultaneous connections selected at checkout.
  • You may install the service details on multiple devices, but only your purchased number of connections may stream at the same time.
  • Reselling, sharing, redistributing or commercially exploiting the service or its credentials is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the laws applicable to you, including any laws governing streaming content in your country.

5. Service changes and availability

Channel lineups and on-demand catalogues change over time and are provided “as available”. We do not guarantee that any specific channel, programme or event will be available at any given time. Occasional service maintenance or interruptions may occur.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our refund policy. Because cryptocurrency payments are irreversible, any approved refund is paid in cryptocurrency at the prevailing rate at the time of the refund.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached (including connection sharing beyond your purchased limit or reselling). Where we terminate without cause on our side, any unused full months of your subscription are considered under the refund policy.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected subscription period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for issues caused by your device, internet connection or third-party apps.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
