Privacy Policy

What we collect

  • Order data: the email address you provide at checkout, your selected plan, device and connection options, and your order reference.
  • Payment metadata: our payment processor handles the payment itself. We receive order status information (such as invoice status and confirmation) but never your wallet keys, seeds or payment credentials.
  • Support messages: emails you send us, including your order reference.
  • Basic analytics: cookieless, aggregated usage statistics (public pages viewed, traffic source category, coarse search-engine label, device type and page performance). Session storage remembers the first public landing page and source within your browser tab. When available, we retain only a label such as Google or Bing, never the search terms or full referring URL. When you order, we save that context with your order to measure conversion. We never send your email, order reference, access token or payment details to analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use your data

For free tests, we collect your email, selected device, verification and queue status, scheduled access window and email-delivery records. You can optionally provide a mobile or WhatsApp number with its country code for help with your requested test. A separate, unchecked permission lets you agree to later WhatsApp or phone contact about feedback and subscription options. We record the permission text version and time; you can withdraw it through support. Providing a number does not by itself give that later-contact permission.

We send a verification code and, when your turn arrives, a test-access email. We may send a service follow-up inviting you to retry a requested test. You can opt out of test follow-up emails using the link in those messages. A keyed recipient hash retains that opt-out without storing your email in the suppression record. We match test and paid-order emails to measure conversions; we do not measure actual playback.

A keyed hash of your network address helps limit abuse; we do not store the raw address in the test queue. Verification codes expire after 15 minutes. Test queue records, optional numbers and contact permissions are removed after 30 days; service email records may be retained for support. An opt-out hash remains so we can respect your choice.

  • To process your order and deliver your access credentials.
  • To respond to support requests about your order.
  • To send order-related emails (order received, payment confirmed, delivery of credentials), and service messages about a test you requested. Optional later WhatsApp or phone contact requires the separate permission described above.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse of the checkout.
  • To understand which public pages and device types lead to completed orders and improve the site.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent your personal data.
  • We do not store payment credentials or wallet keys.
  • We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Sharing

Data is shared only with the services needed to run your order: our hosting provider, our database provider, our email delivery service (to send order emails), our cryptocurrency payment processor (to confirm payment), and our analytics provider (aggregated, cookieless statistics). Each processes data on our behalf or under its own published policy.

If you choose a WhatsApp link, you open WhatsApp and decide whether to send the prepared message. WhatsApp processes that conversation under its own policy. Website form numbers are stored with your request; submitting the form does not automatically send a WhatsApp message.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as needed to support your subscription and to meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve your request.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict processing, by contacting us from the contact page. If you believe we have mishandled your data you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Access credentials are delivered to the email address or WhatsApp conversation you request. Access to order systems is restricted. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we keep the data we hold to the minimum needed to serve your order.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date.
