What we collect
- Order data: the email address you provide at checkout, your selected plan, device and connection options, and your order reference.
- Payment metadata: our cryptocurrency payment processor handles the payment itself. We receive order status information (such as invoice status and confirmation) but never your wallet keys, seeds or payment credentials.
- Support messages: emails you send us, including your order reference.
- Basic analytics: cookieless, aggregated usage statistics (pages viewed, approximate region). We do not use advertising trackers and do not build individual profiles.
How we use your data
- To process your order and deliver your access credentials.
- To respond to support requests about your order.
- To send order-related emails (order received, payment confirmed, delivery of credentials). We do not send marketing emails.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of the checkout.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- We do not store payment credentials or wallet keys.
- We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Sharing
Data is shared only with the services needed to run your order: our hosting provider, our database provider, our email delivery service (to send order emails), our cryptocurrency payment processor (to confirm payment), and our analytics provider (aggregated, cookieless statistics). Each processes data on our behalf or under its own published policy.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as needed to support your subscription and to meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve your request.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict processing, by contacting us from the contact page. If you believe we have mishandled your data you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Access credentials are delivered only to the email address you provide. Access to order systems is restricted. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we keep the data we hold to the minimum needed to serve your order.

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date.
